Members may cancel their subscription at any time by contacting CCBill via phone 1.888.596.9279, or email them at  consumersupport@ccbill.com.  Once a membership subscription has been canceled no further subscription fees will be charged. NOTE: Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 days prior to the end of the current subscription period. NOTE: Please provide your "User Name" and "Password" with your cancellation request.
